REBIRTH is a curated leadership experience designed for regenerative pioneers, impact investors, and changemakers navigating this planetary transition. Set aboard a private yacht expedition through sacred lands, it’s an immersive learning journey into the wisdom of the ancients, the innovation of the present, and the vision for the future.

From the moment we arrive in Bodrum, to the pinnacle site of the cave where John wrote the book of Revelation in Patmos, we will be working with the archetypes of the Western Mind through sacred sites across cultures who laid the foundation of our society. Each day we will connect with a different sacred, non-psychedelic medicine through nano-diamond tinctures to support subtle altered states of consciousness that help us unlock peak performance, healing and transformation.

The Pilgrim’s Journey

Day 1: Bodrum

The Call to Adventure

Begin your journey in Bodrum, where the Castle of Saint Peter symbolizes strength and resilience. Connect with The Protector archetype through the sacred neuroprotective medicine of Saffron and Saffire to build a solid foundation for inner transformation.

Day 3: Kalymnos

The Descent

Kalymnos, an island of climbers and sponge divers, embodies the courage to dive deep and rise stronger. This day is about facing resistance, embracing resilience, and stepping into creation. Practice shamanic breathwork with the support of healing frequencies from an expert sound healer. Explore intergenerational trauma through family constellation before embarking upon a dive into the Aegean Sea upon arriving in Kalymnos.

Day 4: Leros

The Revelation

Day 5: Patmos

The Death & Rebirth

Patmos, the Island of Revelation, holds the sacred Cave of the Apocalypse, where a divine vision was received by John The Apostle—whose words shaped much of human history. This is the moment of ego dissolution and spiritual expansion to let go of the ‘end of the world’ explore a new story for humanity where we overcome the challenges we face and reach a state of symbiosis with all living beings.

On the peaceful island of Lipsi, we embrace nurturing, gratitude, and embodiment of wisdom. This is the time to integrate transformation into deep inner peace and heart-centered leadership.

Returning to Kos, it is time to honor the journey, celebrate transformation, and prepare to share the wisdom gained through acts of service. Participants go out in two with the task of committing a sacred act of service to another person or to nature as an expression of self actualization and fulfillment.

  • Kos Old Town – Solo Reflection Time: A silent morning walk to consolidate insights.

  • Sacred Act of Service — Participants sent out in pairs to enact sacred reciprocity using their newfound spiritual gifts and visions for the good of people and the planet.

  • Castle of Neratzia – Telling the Story: Dynamic group storytelling workshop using Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey framework.

Day 8: Return to Bodrum

The Homecoming

The journey ends where it began—Bodrum—but we return changed, renewed, and with a deeper sense of purpose. Today, we anchor the lessons and celebrate the transformation.

  • Seaside Farewell Ceremony – Communal Celebration: A closing meal, honoring the bonds formed and the next steps on the path.

  • Fatma Ghedira

    Fatma Ghedira is a facilitator, sound & movement practitioner, community builder and leadership experiences strategist who supports organizations and community leaders around the world creating safe and impactful conversations, events and learning experiences that align with their visions. Fatma is currently Head of Community at ThinkHuman, a leadership development boutique firm, while also focusing on creating cocoons and containers of safety around the world as an artist, group facilitator and space holder. Fatma holds two master degrees: one in Forensic Psychology ,a second in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a yoga, sound alchemy, and body language training certifications.

  • John Dass

    ​John Dass guides impact leaders through inner transformation and outer systems change, leveraging his entrepreneurial experience and training in neuroscience, behavior design, and healing modalities. He blends science with ancient wisdom to support leaders' evolution.     Swami Ogananda is a Swami of the Shaktipat tradition under Siddha Maha Yoga—the effortless path of awakening.
